How billing works today
Centres are onboarded by request: you ask for access, we approve your centre, and your plan is recorded on your account. Invoicing is handled directly with us during the pilot — there is no card form in the app yet, so nothing is ever charged automatically.
Your plan is visible any time under Organization settings, together with what it includes. Changing plans is a conversation, not a contract renegotiation.
